Mrs. Jane Payne, wife of the late George Payne, died Sunday morning at 10 o'clock at her home on Black Creek, of pneumonia. She was about seventy-five years old and leaves six children, one having preceded her. She was a most highly respected woman and a consistent member of the United Brethren Church. The funeral occurred Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock at Mt. Zion, Rev. A.M. Snuder, officiating. - kbz
